Sixty Seven Percent Capital Increase-Bonus Shares to Shareholders
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Atieh Dadeh Pardaz shareholders held on Saturday, July 16 at 11 o’clock in the meeting Hall of International Khatam University. Over 74% of the shareholder attended the assembly Hall in order to make decision on the capital increase from the accumulated capital of the company.
In the beginning of this meeting, which was attended by MRs Amir jalilvand as the head of meeting, Omid Jalilvand the first observer, Ebrahim Mahbod the second observer and Arash Farhadi the secretary, the assembly entered the meeting agenda for voting on capital increase. The assembly heard the report of the board and the offer of the capital increase for 67% from the accumulated profit for reconstructing the financial structure and financing the required sources for the future developmental plans of the corporation which was approved by the highest number of votes. Therefore, Atieh Dadeh Pradaz will have legal opportunity to increase the current 30 billion capital into 50 billion tomans.
Since the Annual General meeting was held on 20.03.2017 (the last day of Iranian fiscal year), the above capital increase has not been registered in Registration office, therefore those who have the priority will not receive the profit share of the annual meeting.
